Rules of Good Conduct

At RE2, we adhere to the highest standards of professional integrity, ethical responsibility and corporate transparency. Our employees are expected to follow these principles in all professional activities, both within Pakistan and internationally:

  • Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Employees must respect and comply with all relevant laws, regulations and industry standards governing our operations.
  • Prohibition of Bribery and Corruption: RE2 strictly prohibits any form of bribery, corruption or unethical advantage. Employees must never offer or accept benefits, incentives or favors that could influence business decisions.
  • Avoiding Conflicts of Interest: Employees must maintain objectivity and avoid any conflict of interest between their professional and personal lives. This includes:
    1. Not offering or accepting gifts, favors or hospitality beyond ethical or legal boundaries.
    2. Refraining from engaging in business dealings, investments or partnerships with RE2’s clients, competitors or subcontractors without prior written approval from management.
  • Confidentiality and Information Security: Employees must protect all confidential information accessed during their work, ensuring its proper use, storage and handling.
