The Government of Sindh intended to develop and pilot a sustainable cost-effective competitive procurement scheme to deploy solar photovoltaic (PV) power plants in Sindh province, with wider relevance to the whole of Pakistan. Therefore, it is intended to develop and implement tendering mechanisms for the 400 MWs solar parks according to the international best practices following World Bank Procurement Regulations as well as Pakistan’s specific NEPRA Regulations shall apply. RE2 is providing the services as technical advisor along with other consortium partners.
